Collection on Behalf
If you are unable to collect the prize, you may authorize someone to collect it on your behalf.
The authorized person has to bring along his/her original photo identification, a photocopy of the winner’s IC and the authorization letter.

Mail (only for local address and small items)
If you will like us to mail your prize to you, please download this form and email/fax to us with a photo copy of your NRIC.

Parking is available at the Multi-Storey Carpark
Hourly rate of $1.07 applies.
